Kitchen strip-out pricing including cabinets, worktops, appliances, tiling, and waste haulage in London.

A standard London kitchen rip-out (units, worktop, tiling, flooring, appliance disconnect, + full waste haulage) costs £480–£950 depending on size, floor material, and whether utilities need isolating. Bathrooms: £380–£780. All quotes are fixed after a photo survey — no extras on the day.

Utility isolation policy (gas, electrical, plumbing) during kitchen/bathroom rip-outs in London.

Water we isolate in-house. Gas and electric we do NOT touch legally — we require a Gas Safe registered engineer or Part P electrician to sign off the disconnection before our team starts. We work alongside your tradespeople or can recommend trusted partners for the utility step.

Risk assessments, method statements, COSHH, and insurance docs for London commercial rip-outs and soft strips.

Yes — for every commercial rip-out or soft-strip job we supply a full pack: site-specific Risk Assessment & Method Statement (RAMS), COSHH sheets, £10M Public Liability insurance, Waste Carriers Licence, and our operatives CSCS/CCDO cards on arrival.

Plasterboard segregation, dust control, and skip-free strip-out waste management for London properties.

Plasterboard is double-bagged on-site and segregated per EA gypsum rules. Dust suppression: we use garden sprayers, drop sheets, and negative-air extractors where required. All waste goes directly to our truck — no skips left on your driveway or highway.
